Tiffany L. Green
Tiffany L. Green has had a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors in accounting, finance, audit, and airport concessions, demonstrating decades of expertise in financial and operational leadership. During her 14-year tenure at the Chicago Department of Aviation, she held multiple progressive roles with responsibilities including fiscal management, contract compliance, and internal controls for capital projects at O’Hare and Midway International Airports, as well as the multi-billion-dollar O’Hare Modernization Program. Additionally, she managed planning, development, construction, and operations activities for O’Hare and Midway International Airports' Concessions and Real Estate divisions, which accounted for over 60% of the airports' non-aeronautical revenue. Tiffany’s impact is highlighted by significant achievements such as increasing sales per enplanement and gross revenues year-over-year, and spearheading multi-million-dollar construction projects.
Tiffany’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is evident through leadership roles she assumed to enhance business diversity and meet regulatory compliance across airports throughout the country. As a corporate liaison, she identified, educated, and developed partners to execute strategies to secure concession opportunities, increase the corporate portfolio, and comply with airport diversity requirements. She has also pioneered talent management initiatives, driving employee recruitment to foster more inclusive work environments for minorities and women.
Throughout her career, she has excelled in financial and strategic planning, lease negotiations, property and project management, process improvement, and employee relations and development. Her strategic insights and transformative leadership have consistently elevated organizational performance and industry standards. She currently holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Certificate of Project Management.
